The Native Son

Ideas: In this artwork one will find my representation of the native people of the Americas. You will find iconography and imagery akin to tribal associations as well as an almost lyrical program of line work that connects all constituent elements to each other. Peace pipes, pow wow dancers in head dresses and a elders face are just a few of the images you will find integrated into this drawing. The continuity throughout the piece takes the viewers eye on a journey through the composition marked with iconic discoveries and ink driven flow.
